Vaughan was born in Wellington and grew up between Hawkes Bay and Palmerston North. His whakapapa goes back to Rotuma, Ngapuhi, Scotland and Ireland. Vaughan joined the team in July 2023 and is working on creating positive systems change in Upper Hutt relating to all of our focus areas. He has a background in Community Development, has a passion to help others reach their aspirations and is a huge advocate for men’s health.
